To ensure the best outcome for your project, we recommend obtaining a written Rockcote Project Specification when using a full Rockcote system. This customised document provides a clear roadmap for your project, outlining the correct surface preparation, system steps, product information, and warranty details based on the selected system and usage area.
Please note: A Project Specification is not required for single-product applications.
We offer a range of warranties to support your project; from product-specific warranties to extended warranties available when using a complete Rockcote system. Our commitment doesn’t end at the point of sale.
A Rockcote Product Warranty guarantees the technical performance of an individual Rockcote product for 7 years, provided it is used in accordance with our technical guidelines and under suitable conditions. This includes assurance that the product is of merchantable quality, fit for purpose, and free from defects that were not apparent at the time of purchase.
If you would like to receive a customised Rockcote Product Warranty Certificate, please email warranties@rockcote.com.au with your project address, applicator details, the date of purchase, along with the Rockcote products used.
Rockcote System Warranties are available for 7.5, 10, or 15 years depending on the substrate, location, and Rockcote system applied. To qualify for a Rockcote System Warranty, all products used on the project must form a full Rockcote coating system and must be applied in accordance with Rockcote specifications and technical data, including substrate preparation, drying times, environmental conditions and application methods. The work must also be carried out by a suitably qualified applicator.
