The No.1 Hilda Street project demonstrates the performance and versatility of a complete Rockcote render system, combining multiple products to achieve a refined, high-performance exterior finish. The design relies on layered surface preparation and textured finishes to create depth, durability, and a clean architectural result.
A full system approach was used, incorporating Rockcote Cerano, Keycote, Patch & Prep, and Quick Render PM100 (Q Render). Together, these products form a structured build-up: Keycote establishes adhesion on difficult substrates, Patch & Prep manages joints and surface preparation, and Q Render PM100 provides a strong, even base coat for the final coloured render system. The result is a stable and consistent foundation ready for premium finishes like Cerano.
Application was carried out by Trend Rendering, ensuring precise installation across each stage of the system. The architectural vision was led by Husband Architects, with construction delivered by DB Build. The project was documented by filmmaker Matt Coleman, capturing the material detail and finish quality achieved on site.
The result is a cohesive, durable façade where each Rockcote layer plays a specific role, working together to deliver a crisp, contemporary exterior built for longevity and performance.
