 Rockcote is honoured to have played a part in Soleil – the 2025 HIA Australian Apartment of the Year. Located in beautiful Palm Beach and delivered by Mactech Constructions with design by Jayson Pate, Soleil is a standout coastal residence that balances strong architectural forms with soft, skillful detailing. The project has been beautifully captured by photographer Jessie Aleece, highlighting the thoughtful design and material execution throughout.
Rockcote’s custom render was chosen to enhance the curved, organic lines of the building while maintaining a clean, timeless aesthetic. The finish provides a subtle contrast to the timber screening and natural stonework, helping to define the form while integrating seamlessly with the broader material palette. Applied with precision by Trend Rendering, the result is a durable and refined surface that complements the architectural vision, both in structure and tone.
