A key element of the façade is Rockcote Sandcote, chosen for its fine mineral texture and subtle reflective quality. The finish brings a natural, sand-like softness to the exterior, helping the building sit comfortably within its coastal environment while still maintaining a crisp, modern edge. Its gentle tonal variation adds depth without overpowering the architecture, allowing shadows and sunlight to become part of the façade expression.
