Rockcote Velvetina is a traditional lime plaster developed as an ideal base coat for Rockcote Venetian Plaster. Rockcote Velvetina is beautiful in its own right, perfect and ideal for providing a natural concrete finish, with the ability to be tinted to a wide range of colours. This speciality finish is beautiful with a natural patina.
