Smooth Set White

Rockcote Smooth Set White is a cement polymer modified powder blend requiring only the addition of clean water. It is designed for patching holes, form joints and minor imperfections in concrete or masonry.  Rockcote Smooth Set White can also be used to create a smooth finish over inconsistent substrates, prior to painting.
